Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and its data at any time. Below is how to do it in the app or by a request on this page.

In the app

  1. Open "Profile" → "Settings".
  2. Choose "Delete account".
  3. Confirm.

Deletion request

Enter the email the account is registered to. We will confirm the request at that address.

✓Request received. We will send a confirmation email to the address you gave.
iData is deleted within 30 days of confirmation. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example, payment documents).
